Description
Authorize the Division of Forests and Lands to amend a lease agreement with Townsquare Media Portsmouth, LLC, Purchase, NY (originally approved by G&C on 9-13-17, item #57), for equipment and antenna space in designated areas at Mount Washington State Park by (1) extending the lease end date from September 30, 2022 to September 30, 2027; (2) increasing the total lease payments received by an estimated $297,117.18 from $194,848.08 to $491,965.26; and (3) updating lease language to reflect current standards. Effective upon G&C approval.
