Description
Authorize the Bureau of Trails to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Off Highway Recreational Vehicle club and, at the property listed on the letter dated August 24, 2022, for the purpose of developing, maintaining, and managing public OHRV trails. Effective upon G&C approval through September 7, 2027. No State Funding is required.
