Authorize the Office of the Commissioner to enter into a Lease Agreement with McCarthy Properties, West Wareham, MA, for the amount not to exceed $3,830,371.68 for 25,217 square feet of building office space for the Department’s headquarters located at 172 Pembroke Road, Concord, NH. Effective upon G&C approval for the period October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2032. 100% General Funds. Contingent on approval of Long-Range on September 19, 2022.
