Authorize to retroactively amend a contract with Dunsky Energy Consulting, Montreal, QC (originally approved by G&C on 4-21-21, item #60), to assist and advise the Department in its assessment of the valuation or relative benefits and costs of net-metered distribution energy resources from the perspectives of the utility system, customer-generators participating in net energy metering, and other electric utility ratepayers, by extending the completion date from August 31, 2022 to October 31, 2022. Effective upon G&C approval. No additional funding needed. 100% Utility Special Assessment Funding.
