Description
Authorize to enter into a contract agreement with Glover Plumbing & Heating Service, Barrington, NH, in the amount not to exceed $365,000, for replacement of the boiler located in Building F at the State Military Reservation. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $20,000 for unforeseen conditions and/or owner-initiated changes for the construction, bringing the total to $385,000. Effective upon G&C approval. 50% Federal Funds and 50% General Funds.
