Description
Authorize to enter into a contract with FDGS, Limited Partnership, Brookfield, WI, in the amount of $1,700,000 for the provision of an Electronic Visit Verification System for all Medicaid personal care services and home health care services that require an in-home visit by a provider. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2026, with the option to renew for up to four (4) additional years. 79% Federal Funds, 21% General Funds.
