Authorize to enter into sole source amendments to existing contracts with the Contractors as detailed in the letter dated September 7, 2022, for the Emergency Solutions Grant Program for COVID-19 Response necessary to reduce first-time homelessness and evictions for individuals and families and to increase services and connections to housing necessary to prevent the spread of COVID-19 for those experiencing homelessness, by extending the completion dates from September 30, 2022 to September 30, 2023. Effective upon G&C approval. No change to the total price limitation.
