Description
Authorize to expand categorical eligibility criteria for the federal Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program for households with income below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level to 200% of the FPL effective October 1, 2022. SNAP is 100% federally funded and is not a budget line item within the DHHS – BFA appropriation. Fiscal Committee approved.
