Description
Authorize to enter into sole source amendments to existing contracts with the Contractors as detailed in the letter dated September 7, 2022, to provide home visiting services to expectant women and newly parenting individuals, by increasing the total price limitation by $260,331 from $10,970,938 to $11,231,269, and by extending the completion dates from September 30, 2022 to March 31, 2023. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
