Authorize to accept and expend federal funds from the American Rescue Plan Act State Fiscal Recovery Funds in the amount of $252,500 that will be used to provide grants to support NH’s Birthing Centers. This is an allowable use of ARP FRF funds under Section 602 (c)(1)(A) to respond to the public health emergency or its negative economic impacts. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved.
