Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Meridian Construction Corp. Gilford, NH, for a total price not to exceed $1,029,377 for ARPA-Lamott Building Roof Replacement, Benton, NH. Effective upon G&C approval through November 25, 2022. 100% Federal Funds. (2) Further authorize that a contingency in the amount of $60,000 be approved for unanticipated site expenses for ARPA-Lamott Building Roof Replacement, Benton, NH, bringing the total to $1,089,377. 100% Federal Funds. (3) Further authorize the amount of $40,000 be approved for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction for engineering services provided, bringing the total to $1,129,377. 27% Federal, 73% General Funds.
