Authorize to award a grant to the City of Franklin, NH, in an amount not to exceed $30,000 for the development and implementation of an Asset Management Program for the city’s horizontal wastewater collection system and wastewater pump stations. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2024. 100% Federal Funds.
