Authorize the Bureau of Rail and Transit to budget and expend balance forward revenue in the amount of $1,500,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 100% Revolving Funds. (2) Further authorize to transfer $1,500,000 between various accounts and classes. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. Contingent on Fiscal Committee approval on September 9, 2022.
