Description
Authorize to amend an existing memorandum of understanding with the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, Concord, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 3/13/19, item #11) to improve surveillance systems to monitor the incidence, trends and characteristics of Sudden Unexpected Infant Death and Sudden Death in the Young by increasing the price limitation by $27,083 from $118,330 to $145,413 with no change to the contract completion date of September 29, 2023. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
