Authorize to enter into a contract with Mathematica Inc., Princeton, NJ, in the amount of $499,842 for a comprehensive evaluation of the Department’s Medicaid Care Management model and other supporting health and human services within the Department. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023, with the option to renew for up to 1 additional year. 100% Federal Funds.
