Description
Authorize to enter into an amendment to an existing contract with Infor, Inc., New York, NY, (originally approved by G&C on 8/24/16, item #75), for software Maintenance and Support Services for the NHFIRST Enterprise Resource Planning system by increasing the price limitation in the amount of $3,507,347.41 from $7,292,652.59 to a total cost not to exceed $10,800,000 and to modify the terms and conditions of the contract to ensure all work on the system is covered by this contract. Effective retroactive for the period of November 18, 2016 through June 30, 2026.
