Description
Authorize the Bureau of Court Facilities, to enter into a 5 year lease agreement with the United State Postal Service, Washington, DC, for an amount not to exceed $396,339.68 which shall provide courtroom and office space for the 2nd Circuit –District Division-Littleton comprised of approximately 5,440 square feet located on the 2nd floor of the United State Postal Service, 134 main Street, Littleton, NH. Effective July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2027. 100% Transfer Funds (Transfer from AOC, Rent from Other Agencies).
