Authorize the Division of Motor Vehicles to enter into an amendment to an existing contract with Tech Mahindra, (originally approved by G&C on 12/20/13, item #92), for the implementation of the Enhanced Driver License Testing and Online Insurance Verification System, by increasing the price limitation by $96,000 from $16,447,254 to $16,543,254. Effective retroactive from July 21, 2021, with no change to the completion date of June 30, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
