Description
Authorize to award a grant to the Town of Jaffrey, NH, in the amount not to exceed $390,000 for the Stratton Road Sewer Replacement and Rehabilitation project. Effective upon G&C approval through April 30, 2024. 100% Federal Funds. (2) Further authorize to approve a loan agreement with the Town of Jaffrey, NH, in an amount not to exceed $910,000 to finance Stratton Road Sewer Replacement and Rehabilitation project. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% CWSRF Repayment Funds.
