Authorize to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with The Mount Washington Railway Company, a state-chartered corporation, Littleton, NH, to execute an amendment of the Right-of-Way Easement terms that preserves the MWRR’s current operation, clarifies the limitations of its future use, including with respect to development within the summit circle. Effective upon G&C approval.
