Authorize the Division of Forests and Lands to enter into a retroactive lease amendment with New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC, Atlanta, GA, (originally approved by G&C on 2/15/17, item #37), for equipment and antenna space in designated areas at Cannon Mountain in Franconia Notch State Park by extending the lease end date from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2026 with the option to renew for 2 additional 5 year period; by increasing the total lease payments received by $243,626.19 for the cumulative 10 year period from $210,153.85 to $453,780.04; and amending the Leased Premises, Entry and Use of Leased Premises, and Access Limitations sections of the lease in the event of a potential future overhaul of the tram structure and also update lease wording to reflect current standards. Effective upon G&C approval.
