Authorize the NH State Library, to award an Institute of Museum and Library Services, Library Services & Technology Act, American Rescue plan Act sub grant to the Effingham Free Public Library, Effingham, NH, in the amount of $3,729.32 to promote continuous improvement in library services in all types of libraries to better serve the people of NH.
