Authorize to exercise a renewal option and amend a contract with Ascentria Community Services, Inc., d/b/a, The Language Bank, Manchester, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 6/5/19, item #66), for in-person foreign language interpretation and written translation services, to allow for an increase in the hourly rate and to extend the contract term by 2 years from June 30, 2022 to June 30, 2024 with no change to the price limitation of $12,000. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
