Description
Authorize on behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Economic and Housing Stability, to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Deoloitte Consulting LLP, Harrisburg, PA, (originally approved by G&C on 6/19/13, item #19), by increasing the price limitation by $3,329,040 from $114,508,772 to $117,837,812 with a change to the contract completion date of June 30, 2024, to extend the Bureau of Developmental Services New Heights scope for new Medicaid waiver requirements and other essential Federal Public Health Emergency services. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2024. 90.02% Federal, 9.98% General Funds.
