Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Northeast Earth Mechanics, LLC, Pittsfield, NH, on the basis of a single bid of $ 344,700 for rehabilitation of a corrugated metal arch culvert carrying Beards Creek under Madbury Road in Madbury. (2) Further authorize that a contingency in the amount of $34,470 be approved for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 28, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
