Description
Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to conduct a land swap with the Town of Littleton, NH. The parcel swap consists of 1.40+/- acres of state-owned land, located on the south side of Riverside Drive in Littleton, in exchange for 1.90+/- acres of town-owned land, located on St. Johnsbury Rd. The land swap will be at no cost to either party. The conveyance would be subject to conditions as specified in this request. (2) Further authorize to waive the $1,100 administrative fee. Effective upon G&C approval.
