Description
Authorize to enter into contracts with the Contractors listed in letter dated June 2, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $2,630,795 to provide services to increase the wellbeing and health of NH citizens by preventing and reducing homelessness, and increasing successful placements to permanent housing. Effective upon G&C approval through January 1, 2026, with the option to renew for up to 4 additional years. 27% Federal, 73% General Funds.
