Authorize to amend an existing memorandum of understanding with The New Hampshire State Liquor Commission, Concord, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 6/19/19, item #324), for the provision of surveillance and related activities to prevent youth access to and use of tobacco and alcohol products, by exercising a renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $143,000 from $465,000 to $608,000 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2022 to June 30, 2023. Effective upon G&C approval of July 1, 2022 whichever is later. 33% Federal, 67% Other Funds (Governors Commission Funds).
