Description
Authorize the Bureau of Court Facilities to enter into a sole source 4 year lease agreement with Branch Holdings, LLC, Candia, NH, for an amount not to exceed $656,882.58 which shall provide courtroom and office space for the 10th Circuit-District Division-Candia comprised of approximately 8,000 square feet located at 110 Raymond Rd, Candia, NH. Effective for the period of July 1, 2022 through July 20, 2026. 100% Transfer Funds.
