Authorize to amend fiscal committee item approved on August 20, 2021 and G&C item# 70 approved on August 18, 2021, for the purpose of establishing a technical assistance service for project development in the Northern Border Regional Commission’s State Economic Infrastructure Development program, by adjusting the appropriations as detailed in letter dated May 25, 2022. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on June 17, 2022.
