Description
Authorize under the Community Development Block Grant program, to amend a grant agreement with the Town of Conway, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 2/17/21, item #36), by increasing the grant agreement by $400,000 from $500,000 to $900,000 and extend the contract completion date from June 30, 2023 to December 31, 2023, to allow for the completion of Avesta Housing Development Corporation’s affordable housing project. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
