Authorize, on behalf of the Department of Labor, to enter into a contract amendment with ImageSoft Inc., Southfield, MI, (originally approved by G&C on 5/6/20, item #72), by increasing the price limitation by $609,080 from $568,216.41 to $1,177,296.41 with no change to the contract end date, for additional design, development and implementation services to the DOL’s Electronic Document Management System.
