Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Connecticut Sealcoating, LLC, Waterbury, CT, on the basis of a low bid of $304,435.75 for pavement crack seal on eight roadway sections in 9 towns, including: Bartlett, Hart’s Location, Whitefield, Lancaster, Northumberland, Jefferson, Carroll, Lincoln, and Conway, in Districts 1 and 3. (2) Further authorize that a contingency in the amount of $30,443.58 be approved for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction project. Effective upon G&C approval through August 19, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
