Description
Authorize the Bureau of Court Facilities to enter into a sole source four-year lease agreement with The County of Strafford, Dover, NH, for an amount not to exceed $2,258,354.32, which shall provide courtroom and office space for the Strafford County Superior Court and the 7th Circuit-Probate Division comprised of approximately 36,652 square feet. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2026. 100% Transfer Funds (Transfer from AOC, Rent from Other Agencies).
