Description
Authorize to accept and expend $35,000,000 in federal funds from the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 to fund the rehabilitation of state and municipally owned dams to meet current dam safety standards. (2) Further authorize to establish class 046 Consultants and to establish 4 full time temporary positions. The positions were approved by the Division of Personnel on April 13, 2022. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved.
