Description
Authorize, on behalf of the Department pf Labor to enter into a contract amendment with Hyland Software Inc., Westlake, OH, (originally approved by G&C on 5/6/20, item #71), by increasing the price limitation by $160,000 from $1,220,182.32 to $1,380,182.32 for additional licensing services for the DOL’s Electronic Document Management System with no change to the contract end date. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2024. 100% Other (Agency class 27) Funds: the Agency Class 027 used by DOL to reimburse DOIT is 100% Other Funds.
