Description
Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into a sole source contract amendment with Jalbert Leasing, Inc. d/b/a C&J Bus Lines, Portsmouth, NH, (originally presented to G&C on 3/3/21 informational item #E) to increase the contract amount by $482,000 from $2,411,281 to $2,893,281 to support daily commuter bus service between Dover, Portsmouth, and Seabrook, NH and Boston, MA. (2) Further authorize to extend the contract end date from June 30, 2022 to June 30, 2023. Effective upon G&C approval or July 1, 2022, whichever is later. 100% Federal Funds.
