Description
Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to sell a .80+/- acre parcel of vacant state owned land, located at 66 Bigelow Hill Road in the Town of Troy. The sale will be to Jessie and Brian Quigley (Grantee) for $32,600, which includes a $1,100 administrative fee. (2) Further authorize to compensate HG Johnson Real Estate from the proceeds of the sale in the amount of $1,890 for real estate services. Effective upon G&C approval.
