Description
Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to sell 2 parcels of state-owned land, totaling 3.43 acres, location on Skimobile Road in the Town of Conway. The sale will be to Douglas Mullen or nominee (Grantee) for $1,502,200, which includes the $1,100 administrative fee per parcel. (2) Further authorize to compensate Badger Peabody & Smith Realty from the proceeds of the sale in the amount of $60,000 for real estate services. Effective upon G&C approval.
