Authorize to enter into a contract with NH Coalition for Citizens with Disabilities, Inc. d/b/a Parent Information Center, Concord, NH, in an amount not to exceed $93,925 to develop and implement a Family Centered Early Supports and Service Educational Surrogate Parent Training and Certification Program. Effective upon G&C approval or July 1, 2022 whichever is later, through June 30, 2023, with the option to renew for up to 2 additional years. 100% Federal Funds.
