Authorize to modify the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education and Training Program that will increase participation by adding the SNAP E&T Education Component of Career and/or Technical Education Programs. (2) Further authorize to accept and expend federal Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education and Training funds, in the amount of $230,000 from the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Food and Nutrition Service. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved.
