Description
Authorize to amend existing contracts with the Contractors listed in letter dated March 28, 2022 for a multidisciplinary team to assess and evaluate whether or not individuals convicted of a sexually violent offense, who are eligible for release from total confinement, meet the definition of sexual violent predators as defined in NH RSA 135-E, by exercising contract renewal options by increasing the total shared price limitation by $50,000 from $78,000 to $128,000 and extending the completion dates from June 30, 2022 to June 30, 2024. Effective July 1, 2022. 100% General Funds.
