Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing sub award agreement with the NH Housing Finance Authority, Bedford, NH, for program Planning and administration of Homeowner Assistance Fund, under which funds will be used to mitigate financial hardships suffered by NH residents associated with COVID-19 pandemic by providing funds to prevent displacements of homeowners, by increasing the price by $45,000,000 from $4,250,000 to $49,250,000. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2025. 100% Federal Funds.
