Authorize, under the Community Development Block Grant program, to award a grant to the County of Grafton, Haverhill, NH, in the amount of $490,000 for the purpose of subgranting funds to Mid-State Health Center to support the renovation of its existing building into a children’s learning center, Plymouth, NH.
