Description
Authorize the Division of Risk and Benefits to enter into an Agreement with Anthem Health Plans of New Hampshire, Inc., Manchester, NH. Administrative charges are estimated to be $17,500,000 during the initial term of the Agreement. Effective upon G&C approval, for the period of January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2025, with an option to extend for up to an additional two years. Approximately 42% General Funds, 23% Federal Funds, 3% Enterprise Funds, 13% Highway Funds, 1% Turnpike Funds and 18% Other Funds.
