Authorize the Commissioner to make transfers from the Salary Adjustment Fund to agency permanent personnel salary accounts after approval by the Director of the Division of Personnel, during the period of August 18, 2022 to July 21, 2023 for transfers related to fiscal 2023 and to report transfers made as soon as practical after each quarter. (2) Further authorize the Commissioner of the Department of Administrative Services to make transfers from the Benefit Adjustment Fund to agency benefit accounts, during the period of August 18, 2022 to July 21, 2023 for transfers related to fiscal year 2023 and to report transfers made as practical after each quarter or the year end closing date.
