Authorize to accept and expend $3,944,440 of American Rescue Plan State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds to modernize the State of NH Licensing Portal. (2) Further authorize to establish Class 046 Consultants for the purpose of hiring independent professional services for development and implementation.
