Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with New England Infrastructures, Inc., Hudson, MA, on the basis of a low bid of $4,945,000 for State Red List bridge rehabilitation carrying I-95, exit 2, over I-95 in North Hampton. (2) Further authorize that a contingency in the amount of $247,250 be approved for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction project. Effective upon G&C approval through November 3, 2023. 100% Turnpike Funds.
