Description
Authorize the Bureau of Court Facilities, to enter into a sole source lease agreement with the Town of Newport, NH, for an amount not exceed $333,684 which will provide courtroom and office space comprised of 8,658 square feet for the 5th Circuit-District Division-Newport Courthouse located at 55 Main Street, Newport NH. Effective retroactive to February 1, 2022 through January 31, 2025. 96% Transfers from Other Agency, 4% Agency Income.
