Authorize the Division of Plant and Property’s request that a warrant be drawn from money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated in the amount of $856,000 to cover an anticipated utility appropriation shortfall due to unanticipated increases in electricity, natural gas, and water & sewer in FY22. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 66% General, 24% Agency Income, 10% Federal Funds. Contingent upon fiscal committee approval on April 15, 2022.
